What is the difference between a digital poster and a printed poster?

A digital poster is a high-definition file that you can download and print yourself.
A printed poster is delivered directly to your home, ready to be framed.

What is the quality of the printed posters?

Our posters are printed to premium standards:

  • finish: matte paper, smooth and non-reflective surface
  • paper weight: 200 gsm (80 lb)
  • thickness: 0.26 mm (10.3 mils)
  • paper: FSC certified or equivalent (environmentally friendly)

Will the final product look the same as on the website?

Yes, the final product will be true to what is shown on the website.
The only difference is the absence of a watermark on the delivered product.

Is the frame included?

The frame is not included by default.
Each poster is delivered on its own, allowing you the freedom to choose the finish that best suits your interior.

For a ready-to-hang solution, a premium framing option is also available directly on the product page.

How do I receive my digital poster?

After your purchase, you will immediately receive a download link via email.

How long will it take to receive my printed poster?

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but shipping generally takes between 4 and 5 business days (without watermark).

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most countries.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments by credit card and other solutions offered via Shopify.

Can I get a refund?

Digital products are not refundable after download.
Printed products can only be refunded in case of defect or damage.

Can I return a printed poster?

Our posters are printed on demand specifically for each order.
As such, returns are not accepted for changes of mind.

However, if your order has a defect, damage, or a printing error, we invite you to contact us to find a solution (replacement or refund, if applicable).

Where can I print my digital poster?

You can print your poster at home or through a professional printer for an optimal result.

For a more premium finish, Gravura also offers a framed printing option directly on some posters, ready to be hung upon receipt.

Which size should I choose?

Our files are provided in high definition and are compatible with several standard formats, to easily adapt to your space and interior style.

  • A4 — 21 × 29.7 cm
    Ideal for a shelf, desk, or a small wall composition.
  • A3 — 29.7 × 42 cm
    A versatile size, perfect for most spaces.
  • A2 — 42 × 59.4 cm
    A more immersive rendering, designed to create a true focal point in a room.

Some posters are also available with a premium framing option, ready to hang.
